I designed the structure, navigation, conversation flow, and everyday interactions across CavAi.
Process
CavAi started with a simple idea: CavBot should be able to explain a website problem, not just show it. Instead of building a separate chatbot, I built CavAi directly into CavBot so it can use the website and project someone is already looking at. I focused on making each conversation clear, useful, and tied to the problem in front of them.
Results
Built and launched CavAi inside CavBot, with conversations,
follow-up questions, saved history, and answers shaped
around the website
