I designed the structure, flows, and product experience across Redovar.
Process
My cofounder and I had both worked at camp and seen the same problem up close. Personal phones were being used for schedules and communication, but they also brought distractions into work that required people to stay present. Redovar started from that experience.
Results
I designed and built Redovar around a dedicated staff device and a web-based Console. I also built the internal Ops system used to manage the company, along with the account system and the infrastructure behind the product.
